Responsibilities
- Execute complex inventory management protocols with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate advanced material handling equipment including forklifts and automated systems
- Coordinate high-value cargo handling and specialized shipping procedures
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation
- Train new associates on advanced warehouse technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills for inventory reconciliation
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Experience with cold chain logistics a plus
