Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and component library.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with persuasive storytelling.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a startup or agile environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and process documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
