Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to define and implement creative solutions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed UI mockups that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and adapting to fast-paced workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an evening shift setting.
