Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity visual design.
- Conduct user research, user testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system and style guide.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
