Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop and articulate a comprehensive vision for the organization's trajectory leading up to 2026, aligning cross-functional teams toward shared long-term goals.
- Market Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and forecasting to identify emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive threats relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Resource Allocation: Analyze current capabilities and forecast future resource requirements to ensure the organization has the talent, technology, and capital needed to execute the 2026 vision.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to the C-suite and board of directors in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs and innovation initiatives designed to test future-state hypotheses before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting, with a specific focus on long-term forecasting.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies with a demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting market conditions.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic software platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
