Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive technical audits to identify and fix crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Lead keyword research and content gap analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content creators.
- Build high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and PR strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Design, Content) to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor SERP fluctuations and competitor movements to adapt strategies in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise-level SEO.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering.
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics 4, GTM, and major SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to stakeholders.
- Experience with schema markup, AMP, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
