Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement remediation strategies to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and execute organic search strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structures for maximum SEO impact.
- Monitor search engine algorithms and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure technical implementation of SEO recommendations.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate SEO hypotheses and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and analytics.
- Deep understanding of Google’s search algorithms, including Panda, Penguin, and Hummingbird updates.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to read code.
- Experience with SEO audit tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
