Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical and content SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms and optimize website content accordingly.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement on-page technical SEO best practices, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to build high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic rankings and driving traffic.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
