Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming and organized store environment.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs, providing expert product knowledge.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks pristine and appealing.
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and store upkeep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience preferred, preferably in a high-end or specialty store.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
