Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clientele through personalized product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with aggressive commission structure
- Manage complex inventory systems and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Train and mentor junior associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining loss prevention protocols
- Coordinate with VIP clients for special events and private shopping experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in premium brands (e.g., fashion, electronics, jewelry)
- Advanced proficiency with retail management software and POS systems
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
