- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and KPI targets

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-end retail or luxury goods experience required
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in retail technology (POS, inventory systems, CRM)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
