Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of major infrastructure projects, from conception to final delivery and commissioning.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with the 2026 Games operational requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Ensure all projects adhere to strict safety regulations, sustainability standards, and quality control measures.
- Communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and public stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or large-scale event planning.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, LEED certification standards, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
