Responsibilities
- Lead product design strategy for mobile app features, conducting user research and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Analyze user behavior data to drive iterative improvements and A/B testing
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with 3+ years in mobile-first environments
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C product design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
