Responsibilities
- Direct the strategic planning and execution of venue operations for the 2026 Games, ensuring alignment with international standards.
- Collaborate with international federations and technical delegations to manage competition logistics, equipment transport, and accreditation processes.
- Oversee multi-million dollar budgets for assigned districts, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety, security, and accessibility protocols across all operational touchpoints.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of operations supervisors and coordinators.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and resolve logistical bottlenecks in real-time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and major commercial partners during the Games period.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in large-scale event management, government operations, or the military logistics sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex logistics for multi-million dollar projects with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Sports Management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong crisis management skills with the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience working with diverse international teams and cross-cultural communication.
