Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service through personalized consultations and styling expertise
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium brand presentation
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention
- Operate high-end POS systems with precision and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in exclusive brand events and client appreciation initiatives
- Adhere to luxury retail protocols including client confidentiality and brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in luxury retail, high-end department stores, or premium boutiques
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in commission-based environments
- Expertise in luxury goods (fashion, jewelry, home goods, or accessories)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage high-net-worth clientele
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong visual merchandising and product knowledge abilities
- College degree or equivalent luxury retail certification preferred
