Responsibilities
- Manage digital and physical collections with advanced cataloging systems
- Deliver expert reference services to patrons across all age groups
- Oversee interlibrary loan operations and resource-sharing networks
- Develop and implement community outreach programs
- Train and mentor junior library staff
- Manage specialized collections (archival materials, digital resources)
- Conduct data analysis for service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional library experience
- Advanced proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS)
- Certification in archival management or digital preservation
- Expertise in metadata standards (Dublin Core, MARC)
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
