- Lead design sprints with product teams to prototype future-state solutions using AR/VR and neural interfaces
- Present future outlooks to Fortune 500 clients through executive workshops and white papers
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynote speaking and industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives launched since 2020
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable development frameworks
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario modeling software
