Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact future scenarios and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate strategic visions into measurable KPIs and implementation plans
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate future-focused capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Track record of translating futuristic concepts into successful business outcomes
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
