Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and societal shifts to inform 2026 strategic priorities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
