Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies critical for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into organizational decision-making and resource allocation
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts for trend intelligence
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders, investors, and cross-functional teams
- Drive innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong background in translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards of directors
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
