Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports analyzing disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations
- Architect strategic frameworks for exponential business growth in emerging markets (Web3, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for 2026 industry disruptions
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 horizon-scanning initiatives with $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Present strategic blueprints to investors, board members, and global industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional designation
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/technology publications
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in matrix organizations
