Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead interdisciplinary research pods exploring quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption and societal impact scenarios
- Present strategic briefings to executive board and investor stakeholders quarterly
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and patent submissions
- Mentor next-generation futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-forward institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing 5+ breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with mastery of Tableau/Power BI
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar credential preferred
- Published author in Future Journal or Technology Review
