Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions for post-2026 challenges
- Design strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author white papers and thought leadership on next-generation disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
