Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping 3-5 year industry disruption scenarios
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Present strategic narratives to executive stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of disrupting industries through trend-driven innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures publications
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
