Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic vision using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations and market evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry talks, and published research
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or relevant advanced degree
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
