Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for board-level stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs globally
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Represent the company at international futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (articles, white papers)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
