Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Architect strategic roadmaps for C-level clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Present future intelligence through executive briefings, whitepapers, and immersive scenario workshops
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive innovation incubation programs translating foresight into market-ready solutions
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and speak at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future intelligence roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategy and disruption preparedness
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or futurist certification program)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
