Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing scenario models for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in technology forecasting, AI ethics, and sustainable development
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend visualization capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Prior experience in Silicon Valley tech or global innovation ecosystems
