Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and execute future-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with company strategic objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for emerging market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on future-of-work and technology evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex future concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
