Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging tech applications (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scanning reports identifying disruptive forces across 15+ industries
- Design and implement 'Anticipatory Innovation' methodologies for R&D teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors with 95% prediction accuracy targets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and global innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Certification Program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 10+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of commercializing foresight insights (minimum 3 successful product launches)
- Expertise in technological forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI convergence points
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SHRM) or equivalent
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and government innovation councils
- Portfolio demonstrating 90%+ accuracy in medium-term technology predictions
