Responsibilities
- Lead trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026 technological convergence points
- Develop predictive models using machine learning to forecast market disruptions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports with global impact
- Oversee prototyping of emerging technologies in our applied innovation lab
- Mentor junior analysts in future-focused methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend mapping and scenario development methodologies
- Strong command of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
