Responsibilities
- Define the long-term architectural roadmap for autonomous AI systems and predictive models leading up to 2026.
- Lead high-impact R&D projects that bridge the gap between current generative AI capabilities and future AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) architectures.
- Design scalable, secure, and ethical frameworks for large-scale data processing and neural network optimization.
- Mentor a team of world-class engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence on emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused specifically on AI/ML systems.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
