Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight projects forecasting technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop and maintain scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact industry disruptions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings at global forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published author or frequent speaker at futurism conferences
