Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate actively in the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, programming languages, and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Strong understanding of SQL, database management, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
