Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes and high system reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment, and a strong passion for continuous learning.
