Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Strong experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
