Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
