Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest registration and credential verification for 500+ attendees
- Coordinate VIP experiences through exclusive access point management
- Implement dynamic crowd control strategies using real-time communication systems
- Manage vendor coordination and supply chain logistics at event sites
- Conduct post-event incident reporting and client satisfaction surveys
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and ADA compliance
- Train junior staff on brand-specific service standards during setup phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Texas Food Handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Expertise in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred for diverse client interactions
