Responsibilities
- Provide personalized walking services for 3-5 dogs simultaneously in upscale Boston neighborhoods
- Implement structured exercise routines tailored to individual dog needs and energy levels
- Administer basic first aid and monitor pet health during walks
- Maintain detailed digital logs of pet behavior, exercise, and any observations
- Communicate proactively with owners via our premium app with photo/video updates
- Coordinate with team members for seamless service coverage across multiple locations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional dog handling experience in urban environments
- Certification in pet first aid/CPR (current)
- Proven ability to manage large or strong-breed dogs confidently
- Exceptional time management and reliability with perfect punctuality record
- Strong communication skills with affluent client base
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Knowledge of Boston's geography and leash laws
