Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to support data extraction and reporting.
- Design and create intuitive dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in clear, concise, and professional presentations.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate technical data for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
