Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all success-related inquiries.
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies to drive retention, expansion, and adoption of our software solutions.
- Conduct regular health checks and quarterly business reviews to identify risks and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing best practice guidance to clients to help them achieve their business goals.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Success within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
