Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit secure smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Architect Layer 2 scaling solutions to enhance network throughput and reduce latency.
- Integrate Web3 protocols with traditional web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Conduct rigorous security assessments and penetration testing on dApps.
- Collaborate with product managers to define the technical roadmap for 2026.
- Optimize gas efficiency and ensure cross-chain interoperability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in blockchain development or distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go, with a proven track record of deployed contracts.
- Extensive experience with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana) and Web3.js libraries.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledgers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
