- Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold code quality standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Implement robust security best practices to protect user data.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development (Go, Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening shifts, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
