Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-AI Hybrids: Design and implement complex systems that leverage quantum computing power to solve classical machine learning problems in real-time.
- System Optimization: Refine core algorithms to ensure high throughput and scalability for the Web 5.0 ecosystem.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the deployment of pilot systems in simulated environments to test quantum stability and error correction protocols.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with data scientists to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Roadmap Strategy: Contribute to the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, identifying emerging tech trends.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Neural Networks.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing development.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with quantum software frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Algorithm Design: Deep understanding of graph theory, optimization algorithms, and tensor operations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and a passion for forward-thinking technology.
