Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Optimization: Improve model inference speed and reduce latency in production environments.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines for training and evaluation.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and implement novel techniques in real-world applications.
- Code Review: Ensure code quality, scalability, and best practices across the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Frameworks: Strong working knowledge of Hugging Face, LangChain, and distributed training frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
