Responsibilities
- Architect and develop: Design scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models to production environments using cloud-native infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune existing models and experiment with novel architectures to improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, security protocols, and coding standards.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and evaluate their applicability to Project 2026.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for models, APIs, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Algorithms: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
