Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation Generative AI models and Autonomous Agent frameworks.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with market demands and technological feasibility.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput inference in real-time environments.
- Mentor a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Design to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI paradigms, including Neuro-Symbolic AI and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
