Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure and pipelines that support our long-term product vision.
- Model Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical strategies and best practices for AI integration across the organization.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research (e.g., Transformers, Reinforcement Learning) and evaluate their applicability to our products.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
