Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for our flagship Project 2026 platform.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge generative AI models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing neural networks for edge computing environments to ensure real-time performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
