Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our AI evolution over the next 2+ years.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling high-frequency quantum data streams.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols for next-gen AI data privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with edge computing, neuromorphic computing, or hybrid cloud architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
